User Accounts

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Limited daily generations and monthly flashcard limits

Pro Plan

• Unlimited AI generations (within fair use)
• Priority processing and support
• Advanced features and analytics
• Monthly or annual billing options

Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to StudentAI
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services
• You represent that you have the right to upload and use your content
• You are responsible for backing up your important content

Generated Content

• AI-generated study materials are created based on your input
• You may use generated content for personal educational purposes

• You should verify the accuracy of AI-generated information

• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform
